First some basic tip of what I mean:
shows a empty bar between the to vertical lines.
shows that there are 4 quarter notes in a bar.
The red number 1 shows that it is the first bar. The symbol G clave means the treble clave (normal treble interval).
shows which tempo there is, in this example it is 100 quarter notes on one minute.
this is a empty tablature for the ukulele. The top line is your first string on your ukulele ( exactly how you self look at the fret board)
Sharp = # before the note means that you raise the pitch of the note with a half tone, in this example from a D to D#.
Flat = b before the note means that you lower the pitch of the note with a half tone.
Neutral = sets the pitch of a note back to its original pitch.
Shows the tuning, in this case D tuning with a high A.
